4Pointe is the outcome of Lynne Charles' 7 years of independent research in pointe training and is a philosophy and training method that better prepares ballet dancers for the challenges of the 21st century. 4Pointe’s innovative method allows dancers to be highly articulate, have a better connection to the floor, and be better equipped to face the challenges in present and future choreography all while staying healthy with low to no injury.

It is a goal orientated, specific method of pointe exercises done mainly at the barre. It is not meant to replace classical pointe classes. It is meant to go hand-in-hand with traditional training to evolve pointe technique.

This method will help increase your dancers’ and students’ articulation, develop strength, and the speed needed to be more accurate and articulate on pointe.
